These terms govern your use of Alpha Pixel services and website.

By engaging with Alpha Pixel for services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Services and project scope

Project agreements

• All projects begin with a written scope document defining deliverables, timeline, and pricing
• Scope changes require written approval and may affect pricing and timeline
• We reserve the right to decline projects or terminate engagements with notice

Deliverables and ownership

• You own all work product created under the agreed scope
• We retain the right to use project work in case studies or portfolio (with your approval)
• We do not transfer ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, or internal processes

Timeline and delays

• Timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and asset delivery
• Delays caused by client feedback or asset availability may extend project timeline
• We will notify you of any delays from our side as soon as possible

Payment terms

Invoicing and payment

• Projects under $3,000: 100% upfront
• Projects over $3,000: 50% upfront, 50% at delivery
• Monthly work: Invoiced at the beginning of each month

Accepted payment methods

• Bank transfer (SEPA or international wire)
• PayPal or Stripe (processing fees may apply)

Late payments

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
• Work may be paused for invoices overdue by 30 days
• Late fees of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue balances

Refunds

• Upfront payments are non-refundable once work has started
• If we cannot deliver agreed scope, we will refund unearned fees

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide:

• Timely feedback and approvals according to project timeline
• Access to necessary accounts, platforms, and assets
• Accurate information about your business, ICP, and goals

Failure to provide required inputs may result in project delays or termination.

Confidentiality

Your information

• We will not share your business information, data, or project details without permission
• Exception: We may use anonymized metrics or case studies with your approval

Our information

• You agree not to share proprietary frameworks, templates, or internal processes we provide
• You may use deliverables for your business but not resell or redistribute our work

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Alpha Pixel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project or service
• We are not responsible for results beyond our direct control (ad platform changes, market conditions, etc.)

We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, conversion rates, or ROI. Results vary based on market, offer, and execution.

Termination

By you

• You may terminate a project with 7 days written notice
• You are responsible for payment of completed work up to termination date

By us

• We may terminate with 14 days written notice
• We may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of terms
• You will receive completed work and a refund of any unearned fees

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Disputes will be resolved in Prague, Czech Republic, or through arbitration if both parties agree.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
